This Traineeship work experience is part of an education and training programme that is focused on giving young people the skills and experience that employers are looking for. Are you eligible?   

  • Are you currently not in a job? Do you have little or no work experience?
  • Are you aged 16 to 24 and qualified below Level 3 (A level)?

Tasks include:

  • You will be working with Josak Care and Recruitment assisting in the IT department
  • You will be giving IT Support when needed
  • IT support officers monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organisation
  • You will be installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person
