Traineeship details

The Administration Assistant is an important part of the team as their documentation and research adds great value to our projects. Individuals fulfilling this role will have the opportunity to have meetings and training calls directly with the company owner to help them develop their understanding, confidence and efficiency. Trainings, meetings and briefing will be via Zoom video calls and tasks will be tracked in spreadsheets and forms so there is accountability each working day.

The Trainee will benefit from being able to work from the comfort of their own home or chosen location and will merely require a laptop, internet connection and quiet working environment. There will be regular opportunities to ask for help or clarification for tasks and express any areas of the role that are challenging or that the trainee particularly enjoys. Where possible we will try to allocate tasks that the individual will enjoy actioning.
