This role will give the ideal individuals the benefit of flexible working hours and a great commission structure.

With the focus on behaviours and talent, previous experience in the telesales industry is not necessary but a track record in sales is preferred Full product training for those individuals that are highly motivated, hard-working and tenacious will be provided.

This Traineeship work experience is part of an education and training programme that is focused on giving young people the skills and experience that employers are looking for. At its core is the Work Preparation training, English and maths for those who need it, and a high-quality work experience placement.

Traineeships help unlock your great potential and give you the work preparation training, maths, English, Digital Skills and work experience needed to get an Apprenticeship or other job.

Are you eligible?   

1. Are you currently not in a job? Do you have little or no work experience?

2. Are you aged 16 to 24 and qualified below Level 4 (A level)?

As a Telemarketing agent you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Contact homeowners about different renewable energy products available
  • Arrange call backs for our sales managers
  • Maintain a professional attitude at all times
  • Communicate/liaising with clients
  • Any other duties as requested by Line Manager
  • Working as part of a team
  • Working independently
  • Liaising with clients
  • Distributing messages appropriately

Skills required:

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to manage a flexible working pattern
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently with a high level of self-motivation and work ethic
  • Organised with good time management

Training to be provided

This Traineeship opportunity includes work preparation training, functional skills maths and English support for those who require it and a high-quality work experience placement.

You will gain work experience and get on the job training to develop in this role and hopefully progress on to the apprenticeship.

You will also do any maths and English if required.
