Traineeship details

You will be shown how to use Excel to a proficient level, allowing you to manage data for the benefit of the business and to speed up processing. As well as this, you will be expected to assist with admin activities, to maintain the smooth running of the business, and finally in additional use your initiative to help grow the presence of the business.

A typical day would consist of a meeting first thing to discuss the activities of the day, to make sure you are focused on the tasks that need to be carried out. Following this you will be set with the task you need to complete and will be open to ask any questions required (no question is wrong!) to complete the task at hand. This could be anything from analysing client bank statements in Excel to posting an Instagram story on our company page!

Your role will be vital to keeping the business running, sustaining existing client relationships, and developing the business’ presence.

This Traineeship work experience is part of an education and training programme that is focused on giving young people the skills and experience that employers are looking for. At its core is the Work Preparation training, English and maths for those who need it, and a high quality work experience placement.

Traineeships help unlock your great potential and give you the work preparation training, maths, English, Digital Skills and work experience needed to get an Apprenticeship or other job.
