This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, multi-branch engineering business based in Liverpool. Specialising in both electrical, electronic & mechanical engineering, we have extensive knowledge, expertise and equipment enabling us to provide a complete turnkey fault-find, repair and manufacture service for clients.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, successful candidates will be proficient in:
- Electronics theory.
- Electronic components – Identification, construction, usage, test, etc.
- Electronic equipment construction – Solid State, Post Through Hole, Surface Mounted Devices, etc.
- Circuit design – able to read diagrams, reverse engineer, etc.
- Test equipment – Multimeters, function generator, PSUs, oscilloscope, etc.
- Drive systems – DC drives, Inverters, Servo amps, etc.
- Controllers – temperature, PLCs, I/O modules, etc.
- Power supplies – Linear, switch mode, etc.
- Displays – HMIs, monitors, touch screens, etc.
