Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
At Pink Panda we take:
- Where a business is
- Where their vision is to get to
- Identify the people they’ll need to make that vision happen (team, clients, partner)
- Create marketing systems to draw those people to the business, essentially being their marketing team
We do that a core team with 3 positions:
- Marketing Maverick: They’re the point of contact for clients, building out their strategy
- Socials Sorcerer: They craft all the content for a business & manage their socials
- Web Wizard: They use the content crafted by the SS & build out the web assets for our clients
Working closely with your Marketing Maverick (Marketing/operations manager), Hayden (the founder) & a Socials Sorcerer (social media management/content creation) you’ll learn to craft the web assets:
- Landing pages
- Building out questionnaires/quizzes
- Creating/managing Google profiles
- SEO work
- Writing blog articles
- Subject to other tasks as needed
The key is to become an expert of business strategy & marketing psychology. As a team, we need to know how to work with a business, dive into the minds of who they need to attract in order to position them as the solution to their prospective staff, clients & partners.

Course contents
- Develop or interpret briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measure delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelines
- Plan and coordinate a marketing activity using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources.
- Contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development.
- Use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project.
- Use copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelines.
- Build and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital media.
- Proofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive and is on brand.
- Use software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specification.
- Contribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services.
- Organise offline and digital assets ensuring they are co-ordinated and legally compliant.
- Use a website content management system to publish text, images, and video/animated content.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to support marketing activities such as project/budget planning and organisation of marketing assets.
- Use technology and software packages to support day to day activities, e.g., stakeholder communications, development of briefs, data analysis, report writing, presentations and project management.
- Identify and use data and technologies to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and amend campaigns to meet budget requirements including time and monetary costs.
- Review campaigns regularly to ensure effectiveness, to optimise the results.
- Measure and evaluate campaign delivery to identify areas for improvement.
- Use data analysis tools to record, interpret and analyse customer or campaign data.

Your training plan
- Our Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship programme offers a flexible and customisable delivery model that combines on-site and remote training and support
- Learners will work closely with a dedicated assessor who will provide regular support through monthly remote visits and scheduled face-to-face meetings as needed
- We also offer a purely remote delivery option that includes online learning materials, virtual classrooms, and regular remote support from the assessor.
- Throughout the apprenticeship, learners will have access to a variety of learning resources and ongoing support from our experienced trainers
- Our goal is to help learners build the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to excel in their role as a multi-channel marketer and make a valuable contribution to their employer's business goals
Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- Maths and English (grade 4 and above)
