Summary
Apprentice will be working as an Office Assistant within a children's supported accommodation and children's home setting. You will be supporting the manager with all aspects of administration which will include calling customers and sending information on services available.Also will be assisting young people with documentation for claims.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Office duties will include:
- Assisting manager with day to day administration
- Calling customers and sending emails
- Sending information to customers on services provided
- Taking messages
- Logging receipts of financials on database
- Assisting young people when required to complete documentation for claiming allowances
- Assisting manager with staff recruitment/interviews
- Shopping for office supplies when required.
