Looking for a long term career in manufacturing? The Walsall Wheelbarrow Co Ltd have a great opportunity for an apprentice to join their thriving team. The apprentice will have hands-on experience, learning the aspects of wheelbarrow manufacturing from experienced staff while completing a Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

  • Maintain standards of housekeeping
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Learn all aspects of wheelbarrow assembly
  • Powder coating
  • Track work
  • Packaging parts
  • Loading
  • Any other day-to-day duties as requested by mentor/manager
