What you will do in your working day
We provide high-quality heat pump dryers like the LRD350 and the AF180, among others. Lavamac not only sells and rents out their products, but also offer maintenance and repair services.
The selected candidate will be expected to travel extensively throughout the UK, providing support to our clients in the healthcare and education sectors. after an initial six-month training period, the apprentice will progress to undertake gas safe training, further enhancing their skill set.
The successful applicant will embark on a structured training program led by seasoned professionals, designed to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge. the initial six months are dedicated to foundational training, after which the candidate will receive specialized gas safe training. the programme might also include a level 3 BTEC if deemed beneficial to the candidate.
The training you will be getting
In-house training plus the candidate will follow a level 3 apprenticeship in Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician and study towards becoming a laundry service engineer. this training will be structured and delivered by Cheshire College – South & West. if the candidate does not hold GCSE grades A*-C (9-4) or equivalent, they will be required to complete a level 2 functional skill in the relevant subject.
