What you will do in your working day
- Creating new cycles and service plans.
- Communicate to airline/caterers via email/phone/Microsoft Teams.
- Check budgets.
- Input data into the menu planning module.
- Input data in Flight Board/Flight Bill.
- Update Promeus users.
- Check data throughout the Promeus system.
- Create and update user guides.
- Creation of the developer design documentation.
- Responsible for ensuring that all documentation is present and up to date.
- Managing the change process from identifying requirements to completion for both BAU and complex changes.
- Update any required logs and provide feedback to the Senior Business Manager.
- Ability to open service requests either by telephone to our 3rd party service providers who manage the Promeus infrastructure.
- Fast response to problems and escalation if required.
- Root Cause Analysis.
- Fixing of issues and ensuring the business is aware of any process changes made to fix the issue.
- Liaising with the project team and updating the relevant documentation.
- Feeding back to the development team with any issues.
- Assisting with the co-ordination of the development activities between the developers.
- Testing of development on Staging before UAT sign off to production.
- Report to the Senior Business Manager.

- Use advanced theory and diverse techniques to harness greater understanding.
- Inform decision-making and make recommendations using an evidence-based approach.
- Ensure your business processes and procedures are compliant with data protection legislation.
