What you will do in your working day
The purpose of the Process Automation Analyst role is to collaborate with clients and internal production teams to ensure efficient and effective discovery and definition of business processes suitable for automation.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- Ensure client processes are properly discussed, identified, discovered, researched, mapped, documented, and analysed, including key outcomes, variables, and exceptions
- Work with clients and Client Success team to create and maintain adequate process automation pipelines for our bespoke bots, with a robust business case to calculate the ROI
- Help client resources to capture and document existing (as-is) and future (to-be) processes
- Work with solution design and development teams to ensure client processes are correctly designed and fit for purpose
- Ensure testing scenarios and schedules are documented and that adequate, appropriate test data gathered
- Contribute to the development of the companies best practice playbooks and governance frameworks

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 4 Data Analyst, with training in how to:
- Identify data sources to meet the organisation’s requirement, using evidence-based decision making to establish rationale
- Liaise with the client and colleagues from other areas of the organisation to establish reporting needs
- Collect, compile and cleanse data, such as sales figures, Digital Twins etc.
- Produce performance dashboards and reports in the Visualisation and Model Building Phase
- Support the organisation by maintaining and developing reports for analysis to aid with decisions
