What you will do in your working day

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in maintaining and managing the company systems
  • Communicating with customers over the phone and face to face in a positive and friendly manner
  • Managing relevant paperwork
  • Updating internal system information and advising customers where required
  • Communicating information with other departments e.g. vehicle workshop
  • Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
  • Parts and Stock control to ensure the workshop can run smoothly
  • Helping to keep our social media sites up to date
  • Other general office support tasks 

The training you will be getting

In-house training plus the candidate will follow a Level 2 Apprenticeship programme and study towards a Customer Service Practitioner.

This training will be structured and delivered by Cheshire College - South & West. If the candidate does not hold GCSE grades A-D (9-3) or equivalent, they will be required to complete a Level 2 Functional Skill in the relevant subject.
