Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Help prepare email campaigns, write copy, add images and check links using Force24. Learn how campaigns are built, tested and sent to relevant customer groups, with team approval before sending
- Support updates to vehicle offers, event pages and dealership information. Learn to upload copy and images, check accuracy and keep website content current, with changes reviewed by the team
- Help plan and create posts, Stories and Reels for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Support scheduling, research content ideas and trends, and flag comments, messages and enquiries to the appropriate colleague
- Assist with copy, images and videos for paid social campaigns. Learn how audiences, budgets and campaign results work, supporting the team rather than managing advertising spend independently
- Help create branded graphics, take photographs and film and edit short videos. Work with the marketing team and content creator on vehicle features, customer handovers and dealership activity. Build confidence supporting filming and on-camera content where appropriate
- Assist with marketing calendars, showroom events and promotions. Help keep materials organised and check spelling, prices, links and brand guidelines before work is reviewed and published
- Help collect campaign results and learn what they tell us about engagement and enquiries. Complete apprenticeship learning and assessments, apply new skills at work and ask for feedback
