Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

This is a structured and well supported opportunity to launch or progress your career within construction and infrastructure. Your technical training will be combined with hands on, site-based experience, mentoring, and a range of personal development opportunities. On completion of the programme, you’ll be well positioned to take advantage of a range of career pathways within our fast-growing organisation.

As a Construction Site Supervisor Apprentice, you’ll be working on site daily, learning from those around you, doing site inspections, health and safety checks and updating paperwork.

As you progress and your confidence grows, you will be given more responsibility with an expectation to use your initiative to keep the site safe and the project progressing.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll develop your technical skills and understanding of how projects are delivered, while gaining hands-on experience across different stages of the process. You’ll also learn how to work safely, follow industry standards, and contribute to delivering high-quality, sustainable outcomes.

This is a great opportunity to build your knowledge, gain valuable qualifications, and start your career in infrastructure.

Predominately based at our site in North West London, we are strongly a people focused business, where we look to continuously improve and develop through structured career development, training, and experience.

We have a great opportunity for you to join our project team where you can grow your skills and progress in your career. We are looking for someone who shares our passion on delivering unique and challenging projects, whilst also being able to work within a fun and hardworking team environment.
