About this employer

Blueberry Mortgages and Blueberry Wealth are established, professional financial services businesses based in Poundbury, Dorchester, Dorset.

We provide a range of mortgage, specialist lending and financial planning services, helping individuals, families and businesses make informed financial decisions.

Our experienced and approachable team includes mortgage advisers, financial advisers, paraplanners and administrative professionals who work together to deliver a high standard of personalised client service.

At Blueberry, we pride ourselves on being a friendly, supportive and client-focused organisation. We believe in building long-lasting relationships, treating people with respect and providing opportunities for our colleagues to learn, develop and progress.

As an apprentice, you'll become a valued member of our team, gaining hands-on experience across both our mortgage and wealth management businesses. You'll receive structured training, ongoing guidance and the opportunity to develop valuable professional skills in a welcoming office environment.

We're passionate about developing talent and helping people build rewarding, long-term careers in financial services.

Working alongside experienced mortgage advisers, financial advisers, paraplanners and administrators, the apprentice will learn how both businesses operate and gradually take responsibility for administrative tasks as their knowledge, skills and confidence develop.

The role is designed around learning, development and supervised practical experience, rather than expecting the apprentice to perform the responsibilities of an experienced administrator from the outset.

Our aim is not simply to train someone to complete administrative tasks, but to help them build the knowledge, confidence and professional skills needed for a successful long-term career in financial services.
