- Learning how to analyse information and identify actions on police systems
- Producing professional documents, reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications
- Supporting communication between departments and partner organisations
- Assisting with case administration and information management processes
- Developing excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will be supported to build confidence in workplace systems, business processes and professional communication.
We want a workforce that reflects our communities. We recognise that talented people come from many different backgrounds and life experiences. We particularly encourage applications from communities the organisation hasn't consistently heard, reached or served well, including candidates from ethnically diverse communities, individuals with a disability, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
Whether you're leaving education, looking for a new direction, returning to work, or taking your first step into a professional career, your unique perspective and experiences are valued. We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive and be themselves.
If you identify as being from an under‑represented community, we also offer a programme of Positive Action support delivered by our Outreach Team to guide and assist you through the recruitment process.
