Other requirements

What is particularly important to us is your attitude. You don't need to have experience in estate agency, as we can teach you the property side of the business. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, approachable and willing to get involved and learn.

Working with us will give you the opportunity to develop your confidence, communication and organisational skills while getting a real understanding of how an estate agency works. If you work hard and show commitment, there is also the potential to build a long-term career within the property industry.

We are a company that values its people, and I would like to find someone who is excited about starting their career with us and becoming an important part of our team.

No previous office or property experience? That's absolutely fine. We're looking for potential, attitude and enthusiasm - we'll help you develop the rest.

The vacancy will require a clean, valid UK driving licence to help with viewings and inspections.

About this employer

We are a small, independent estate agency based in the heart of our local community. Our team currently consists of six people, including our two directors, which means we are a friendly and close-knit team where everyone plays an important part in the business.

Being a small agency means our clients receive a personal and professional service, and our staff are able to build strong relationships with the people we work with. We take pride in knowing our local area and providing honest, reliable advice to our customers.

For an apprentice joining our team, this is a great opportunity to learn directly from experienced members of the business and gain an understanding of all areas of estate agency. You won't simply be doing one small part of the job – you will have the opportunity to get involved in different aspects of the business, develop a wide range of skills and see how an estate agency operates from day to day.

We are passionate about supporting people who are starting their careers and believe that the right attitude, willingness to learn and commitment can take you a long way. As a small team, we work closely together and support one another, and we hope to find an apprentice who wants to become a valued member of our team and build a long-term career with us.
