Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Create engaging social media content, including photography and videos, for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
- Schedule, publish and manage social media posts to promote the business and its products.
- Assist with marketing new products, including creating product specification sheets and instructions.
- Help update website content and add new products and information.
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and messaging, with support from the team.
- Assist with processing new orders and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the day-to-day organisation and management of the workshop in Ongar, working alongside other team members.
- Work with colleagues to develop marketing ideas, improve online engagement and promote the On Air Suspension brand.
- Learn new marketing skills, gain practical experience and contribute to the growth of the business.

Training schedule
College Training Arrangements
For the first six months of the apprenticeship programme, apprentices will attend college once every two weeks.
After the first six months, they will attend college once a week until they complete their apprenticeship programme.

Other requirements
We are looking for a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in vehicles and automotive modifications. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a creative approach to content creation and an interest in photography and videography. They should be organised, willing to learn, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility is important, as the role will also involve assisting with general business duties, including customer enquiries, order processing and workshop organisation, as required.
