Training schedule
3-month care certificate training provided by the CLCH Academy
18-month apprenticeship with day release for study (online delivery) with our training provider Dynamic as well as on the job work-based learning
This is supported by a work-based mentor, and you will have 3 monthly review meetings to plan learning activities and offer additional support

Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE or Level 2 Functional Skills in:
- English Language (grade C or 4 and above (or Level 2))
- Mathematics (grade C or 4 and above (or Level 2))

Passing an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
Aged 18 years or over on start date of employment
Able to work 37.5 hours per week, this will include your training days
Not currently undertaking any other apprenticeship or further education or university level programmes
Meet apprenticeship residency requirements
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have been ordinarily resident in the UK for at least the previous three years before the start of learning.
- If you are on a visa this needs to cover at least 2 years from the start of employment with no need for renewals during this period
