- Creating and updating marketing materials, including promotional graphics, menus, brochures, presentations and other business documents
- Helping with photography and video content from weddings, corporate events, festivals, popups and other catering events.
- Updating and maintaining customer, supplier and business records, spreadsheets and databases
- Assisting with enquiries and customer communication, helping to provide a professional and friendly service from the initial enquiry through to the event
- Supporting the organisation and administration of events, including preparing documents, checking information and helping the team stay organised
- Carrying out general office and business administration tasks, including fi ling, data entry, document preparation and organising digital records
- Helping with marketing campaigns and researching new opportunities, local events, venues and potential customers
- Monitoring social media engagement and helping us understand what content works best and how we can continue to grow our online presence
- Supporting the directors with a variety of projects as the business continues to develop and expand
You will have the opportunity to see how a real hospitality business operates behind the scenes, from marketing and customer enquiries through to event preparation and delivery. You will also work alongside an experienced team and gain an understanding of the different areas involved in running a growing business.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, willing to learn and comfortable bringing their own ideas to the table. Creativity and an interest in social media and marketing would be an advantage, but full training and support will be provided.
As the business grows, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility, develop your skills and become an important part of the team.
