We're a Manchester digital agency based at Bonded Warehouse.

We're a small team, and we're proud of that. We work closely with our clients, they trust us, and we care a lot about producing work that genuinely makes a difference to their businesses.

You'll work directly alongside experienced people across SEO, PPC, content, digital strategy and account management. You won't be kept at arm's length from real client work, and you won't spend months simply watching other people do the job.

We work on a hybrid basis, but we genuinely like working together in our Manchester office too.

If you're ambitious, switched on, good with people and excited by the idea of becoming really good at digital marketing, we'd love to hear from you.

After this apprenticeship

Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship. Find out about potential future pay (opens in new tab).

The expected progression is into a permanent Digital Marketing Executive role. Our previous apprentice(s) followed this route, joining List & Found as an apprentice before progressing into a full-time executive position with increased salary, client responsibility and ownership of campaigns across social media, content, email marketing, SEO and website activity.

We see this apprenticeship in the same way: as the beginning of a long-term career with List & Found rather than a fixed-term training role. As the apprentice develops, they will move from supported delivery into independently managing regular client activity, taking briefs through to completion and developing stronger expertise across digital marketing.
