Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

  • Support the Data Team in maintaining and improving data quality across FCHO systems
  • Assist with the production, validation and distribution of management information and performance reports
  • Work with colleagues to understand information requirements and reporting needs
  • Assist with data analysis activities to identify trends, insights, risks and opportunities
  • Support data governance activities including data definitions and data catalogues
  • Help investigate data quality issues and support corrective actions
  • Support data literacy initiatives and preparation of training materials
  • Work on digital transformation and customer experience improvement projects as designated by Digital and Technology management
  • Help document data flows, systems and business processes
  • Complete all apprenticeship learning, assignments and assessments, while applying learning to real FCHO projects
