About this employer
We are a Chartered Surveying practice based in Shoreditch, London E1, specialising in all aspects of both measured building survey and commercial property measurement. Established in 1966 by practising architects we have a unique and singular expertise in producing complex and detailed as-built measured surveys. Our clients include leading Architects, Developers, Engineers, Institutions and Contractors, and we work throughout the U.K., with occasional overseas projects. We have worked on some of the major landmark buildings and commercial developments in the UK and our survey projects range from simple area measurement to complex Building Information Modelling (BIM). Reliable, accurate and informative documentation is an essential pre-requisite for planning with existing buildings. As the only professional survey practice specialising in measured building surveys for over 50 years, it is recognised that our knowledge and expertise in this area is unequalled. In 2017, the ownership model of the company was transferred to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). The EOT provides each employee with a vested interest in the running of the business and ensures that all our staff are fully committed and driven to deliver every survey project to the highest standards.
