Summary

  • The apprentice will gain an understanding of the machines that we have onsite
  • Then the apprentice will begin learning about the machines from an engineering perspective, by working in production as an Operator
  • Next the apprentice will work solely in the engineering team on a wide variety of machines

Monday - Friday, 06.00 - 14.00, no weekend or bank holiday work unless previously agree (full company shutdown), full Christmas shutdown. 30-minute unpaid break. Once capable overtime will be available paid at a higher rate.

Training schedule

Engineering Maintenance Technician - dual discipline Level 3.

Training will take place at our production site in Leafield Industrial Estate, Corsham. This will be shadowing and assisting the Engineers at first before starting to take on some tasks themselves with supervision if required.

The apprentice will attend college at least one day per week.

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

  • English (grade 4-9)
  • Maths (grade 4-9)
  • Two other subjects (grade 4-9)
