This is an exciting opportunity to kick start your career in sales whilst completing an industry recognised qualification! You will be involved in telesales & 'solutions sales' where clients will say what they need, where it needs moving to and how quickly. Your job is to calculate the time, cost, and create the solution.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work

- Helping to manage and grow your own customer accounts
- Preparing quotes, following up enquiries and updating company systems
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Learning how the same-day courier and logistics industry operates

Training schedule
Customer Service Specialist Level 3.
You'll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month - NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including the organisation & role fundamentals, customer management and the customer experience. You will be given a minimum of 3-hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3-hours of training from your employer.
