We are looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to join our team and help strengthen our digital presence, generate leads and showcase our expertise across multiple marketing channels.

What you'll do at work
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Research, write and publish HR-related blogs covering topics such as employment law updates, recruitment, employee wellbeing, leadership, performance management and workplace trends.
- Create engaging social media content
- Develop and write video scripts for short-form and long-form content.
- Create graphics, videos, reels, carousels and other digital assets to support campaigns.
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms to maximise reach and engagement.
- Monitor industry news and identify topical content opportunities.
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar.
- Respond to comments, messages and audience engagement where appropriate.
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Grow followers, engagement and brand awareness through organic social activity.
Website & SEO
- Support website updates and content management.
- Optimise content for search engines (SEO).
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for website traffic growth.
- Create landing pages to support campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Monitor website analytics and user engagement.
Email Marketing & Campaigns
- Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Support the promotion of HR services, training courses, events and webinars.
- Build and maintain marketing databases.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
Marketing & Business Development Support
- Assist with lead generation activities.
- Support the promotion of client case studies, testimonials and success stories.
- Help coordinate webinars, networking events and workshops.
- Create promotional materials, presentations and marketing collateral.
- Support recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Research competitors and market trends.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on website, social media and campaign performance.
- Use marketing tools to analyse engagement, reach and conversion rates.
- Provide recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness.
AI & Marketing Innovation
- Utilise AI-powered tools to support content creation, research, campaign planning and marketing efficiency while ensuring all content aligns with the CUBE HR brand and values.
- Use artificial intelligence to assist in the creation of blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, video scripts and marketing materials.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI technology to improve client services, internal processes and marketing performance.
- Monitor developments in AI, HR technology and digital marketing trends, sharing ideas and recommendations with the team.
- Support the development of AI-driven resources, guides and thought leadership content that positions CUBE HR as a forward-thinking HR consultancy.
- Assist in creating educational content that helps clients understand how AI can be used responsibly and effectively within the workplace.
- Use AI tools to analyse campaign performance, audience behaviour and market trends to improve engagement and lead generation.
- Explore opportunities to automate repetitive marketing and administrative tasks, improving efficiency and service delivery.
- Ensure all AI-generated content is reviewed, edited and quality-checked to maintain accuracy, compliance and professional standards.

- Develop or interpret briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measure delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelines
- Plan and coordinate a marketing activity using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources.
- Contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development.
- Use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project.
- Use copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelines.
- Build and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital media.
- Proofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive and is on brand.
- Use software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specification.
- Contribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services.
- Organise offline and digital assets ensuring they are co-ordinated and legally compliant.
- Use a content management system to publish text, images, and video/animated content.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to support marketing activities such as project/budget planning and organisation of marketing assets.
- Use technology and software packages to support day to day activities, e.g., stakeholder communications, development of briefs, data analysis, report writing, presentations and project management.
- Identify and use data and technologies to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and amend campaigns to meet budget requirements including time and monetary costs.
- Review campaigns regularly to ensure effectiveness, to optimise the results.
