We are seeking a Catering & Hospitality Apprentice to join our team and begin their career in a unique heritage setting. We are looking for a passionate about the hospitality service and learning every aspect of hospitality in a real working hotel.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Restaurant service — assisting with table setup, greeting guests, taking orders, serving food, and maintaining high service standards.
- Bistro & bar support — preparing drinks, delivering light meals, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Food preparation — supporting the kitchen team with basic prep, plating, and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Housekeeping assistance — helping maintain clean dining areas, function rooms, and service stations.
- Customer care — ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and well looked after.
- Health & safety compliance — following food safety, hygiene, and manual‑handling procedures.
