Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- As a Gymnastics Apprentice Coach, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting and delivering engaging gymnastics sessions across our School of Gymnastics and local Primary Schools in Stockport, Manchester, Trafford, and Tameside
- Working alongside our experienced coaches, you’ll help deliver PE lessons, after-school clubs and holiday camps, creating a fun, safe and inclusive environment for children.
- Alongside coaching, you’ll develop valuable skills in session planning, administration, marketing, and programme development, while working towards your Level 4 in Sports Coaching and recognised British Gymnastics qualifications
- This varied role provides a well-rounded introduction to both coaching and the day-to-day running of a successful sports organisation, with a strong focus on safeguarding and creating positive experiences for every child
