Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

  • The Electrical Plant Apprentice will support the engineering supervisor by assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical plant equipment
  • This role develops the foundation needed for progression into a fully qualified engineer, combining hands‑on learning with formal training through an approved apprenticeship programme
