This role will support our leadership team in all aspects of marketing strategy, including digital marketing, managing social media platforms, become a videography master, maintain the company website, establish an online presence using SEO and content creation and provide essential office support to ensure smooth daily operation.

What you'll do at work
Digital Marketing & Communications:
- Create & schedule digital campaigns across a variety of platforms.
Post regular content on social media channels, such as creating blogs, creating content (video and photography), writing copy. - Maintain the social media calendar, engage with followers, and monitor competitor activity.
- Draft blogs, news updates, and marketing materials.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company marketing strategy.
- Utilise design and publishing software to produce general marketing material.
- Design engaging internal & external communication campaigns.
- Update the company website using the latest digital tools.
- Create an online presence using SEO & PPC.
- Analyse digital campaigns and report to your line manager, reporting on performance and use insights to suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the wider team to offer key insights and opportunities.
- Involvement in event administration and management.
- Aid the Business Support Team with day-to-day activities.
General Office & Administrative Support:
- Answer telephone calls and handle general enquiries professionally.
- Assist with data entry and upkeep of internal databases and CRM systems.
- Support colleagues and contribute to smooth team operations.
- Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes.
- Undertake general office duties as directed by the Office Manager.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.

- Develop or interpret briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measure delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelines
- Plan and coordinate a marketing activity using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources.
- Contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development.
- Use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project.
- Use copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelines.
- Build and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital media.
- Proofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive and is on brand.
- Use software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specification.
- Contribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services.
- Organise offline and digital assets ensuring they are co-ordinated and legally compliant.
- Use a content management system to publish text, images, and video/animated content.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to support marketing activities such as project/budget planning and organisation of marketing assets.
- Use technology and software packages to support day to day activities, e.g., stakeholder communications, development of briefs, data analysis, report writing, presentations and project management.
- Identify and use data and technologies to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and amend campaigns to meet budget requirements including time and monetary costs.
- Review campaigns regularly to ensure effectiveness, to optimise the results.
- Measure and evaluate campaign delivery to identify areas for improvement.
- Use data analysis tools to record, interpret and analyse customer or campaign data.

Training schedule
The apprentice will mostly work from our Harrogate office. With 2-3 sessions per month with Leeds City College. This will require you to travel to Print Works Campus, 1 day per month, with the rest of the essions being delivered remote/online.
Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 4)
- Maths (grade 4)
A Level in:
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
