Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
You will develop skills in planning, organising, monitoring and reporting on projects, managing stakeholders and communications, controlling budgets and risks, and supporting successful delivery through effective leadership and teamwork.
This is a unique opportunity to join the Apprenticeships and Early Careers team as an Associate Project Manager Apprentice.
Helping to shape future talent, this role will support the delivery of high‑quality apprenticeship and early careers programmes. You’ll support key projects across the team - coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and helping to improve how programmes run - while developing your own project management skills through real, hands‑on experience. You’ll also play an important part in enabling others to access early career opportunities, contributing to recruitment activity, candidate support and outreach activity that helps people start their careers with confidence.
This role is based in a national team - we are a hybrid team and meet in the Head Office (Heelis) in Swindon at least once a week.
