What you'll do at work
We are seeking a confident and experienced Customer Implementation and Training Specialist to support the onboarding, implementation, and training of customers using our enterprise SaaS platform, HaulierMagic.
This is a highly client-facing role suited to someone with prior experience in the software/IT industry who is looking to formalise and elevate their skills through the Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of the HaulierMagic platform and its full functionality
- Conduct on-site client visits across the UK (approximately 2 days per week) to:
o Demonstrate system capabilities
o Deliver structured user training
o Support implementation and onboarding
- Analyse customer workflows and identify how the system can optimise their operations
- esolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Escalate technical or complex issues to internal Product and Development teams
- Gather customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement
- Support documentation of business requirements, user processes, and system configurations
- Assist with testing, configuration, and quality assurance activities
Essential Criteria (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 4+ years full-time experience within the software/IT industry
- Proven experience in a client-facing role such as:
o Customer Support
o Quality Analyst
o Account Management
o Project Management
o Programme Management
- Strong background in enterprise software environments
- Demonstrated ability to explain and demo complex system functionality
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Confident presenting to professional clients
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel nationally (approx. 2 days per week)
