Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Assist with materials handling, mobilisation, and removal of track components from site
- Work under instruction to support track renewals, maintenance, and refurbishment
- Operate within both TFL Tube environments and open track locations
- Follow all safety standards, PPE requirements, and site procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team in fast-paced rail operations

Essential Requirements
- (No beards permitted) due to PPE and FFP3 respirator requirements
- Minimum age: 18 (mandatory for TFL track access and safety compliance)

- Willingness to work both days and nights
- Commitment to completing all required training
