Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is keen to learn, get stuck in and grow with the business. You’ll work closely with the COO and the wider team to keep things running behind the scenes from admin and coordination to client communications and problem-solving.
If you are uber-organised, love making people feel looked after, and want to discover how a creative business really works, this could be your dream role.
What you’ll do:
- Support day-to-day admin and operations across the business
- Manage the COO’s diary and appointments
- Coordinate schedules, meetings and projects so nothing slips through the net
- Prepare documents for client meetings and projects
- Support onboarding and offboarding of clients to ensure a smooth experience
- Help organise events
- Help keep systems, trackers & documents organised and up to date
- Spot problems early and flag them – or better yet, help solve them
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as needed (no two days are the same)
- Learn how a growing personal branding and publishing business operates from the inside out
