Summary

Warrior Boats in Preston are recruiting for an Apprentice Composite Technician. The successful candidate will complete a level 2 Lean Manufacturing Apprenticeship over the duration of 15 months. 

Wage

£15,704 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

• You will be involved in the day to day manufacturing of bespoke boats
• Learning the art of laminating
• Working with GRP
• You will be using hand held tools cutting wood and reinforcements
• Working to drawings and deadlines
• Other duties will be general housekeeping duties
