The role will support the Leadership Trainer in administering, maintaining and designing  innovative and interactive training courses and assessments in leadership and soft skills to enable us to develop and demonstrate the skill sets of its employees.

Duties will include:

  • Updating CRM systems
  • Engaging with internal and external customers
  • Engagement with key stakeholder groups to identify business needs and priorities
  • Utilise digital platforms and online learning methodologies 
  • Help to create and maintain training and assessment courses for existing staff and managers
  • Aid in designing and building practical / role play scenarios where appropriate, to simulate realistic work environments to maximise skills development
  • Provide feedback, as required to the candidates
  • Seeking continuous improvements and innovative opportunities to implement new training solutions
  • Engage with external third parties to understand and find new innovative methods and best practice techniques, whether from a content or delivery perspective

  • This wage is above NMW for apprentices
  • The wage will be reviewed on a regular basis, dependent on the progression of the learner

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will complete the following qualifications as part of your Apprenticeship:

  • Level 3 Business Administrator Standard Apprenticeship
  • Level 2 Functional Skills maths and English if not already achieved
  • You will also develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to work within an office environment

This apprenticeship is delivered in the workplace and 20% of your working time will be dedicated towards training and learning new skills. You will be allocated a tutor who will provide you with personal support and assessment at pre-arranged times.

Assessment is through a variety of methods including observations in the workplace, witness testimonies, product evidence and professional discussions. All evidence will be logged to your electronic portfolio.
