The role will support the Leadership Trainer in developing, maintaining, designing and delivering innovative and interactive training courses and assessments in leadership and soft skills to enable us to develop and demonstrate the skill sets of its employees.
- Engagement with key stakeholder groups to identify business needs and priorities
- Utilise digital platforms and online learning methodologies to enhance training offering and delivery flexibility, whilst continually monitoring course effectiveness
- Create and deliver training and assessments for courses for existing staff and managers
- Design and build practical or role play scenarios where appropriate, to simulate realistic work environments to maximise skills development
- Provide feedback, coaching and mentoring as required to the candidates
- Seeking continuous improvements and innovative opportunities to implement new training solutions
- Review training products and modify or remove content where necessary
- Benchmark and engage external third parties to understand new innovative methods and best practice techniques, whether from a content or delivery perspective

- This wage is above NMW for apprentices
- The wage will be reviewed on a regular basis, dependent on the progression of the learner
- The successful candidate will also be entitled to study for an accredited apprenticeship qualification
- Training provided: L3 L&D
