Main duties will include:

  • Transfers goods to UKS to UKM to achieve sale (Oracle)
  • Administrative duties to support warehouse
  • Archiving of ageing documentation
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure efficient use of resources available
  • Provides dates to customer services on product locations
  • Ensuring that all work schedules are planned and completed in accordance with contractual agreed SLAs and team KPI requirements
  • Liaises with Logistics for dispatch planning
  • Assisting with product queries
  • Planning following quality checks on products ready for shipment
  • Consider transport routes for products and customers to ensure efficient deliveries
  • Compile and maintain a log of all doors dispatched
  • Identify trends across the weeks and months to prepare for busier periods in the future
  • Forecast for increased demand in delivery days
  • Assist with the production of data sheets, user manuals and technical documentation where required
  • Liaise with customer services for reasons behind doors unable to be delivered and find solutions to dispatch all FQC’d doors
  • Completing all paperwork / electronic information accurately
  • Liaise with external stakeholders
