As an office apprentice your duties will include:
- To answer the phone in a professional and friendly manner
- All filing
- To keep clients records in good order
- To keep all machinery related paperwork up to date
- Provide support to other members of staff when required this may not always be within the office
- To respond to emails
- Provide refreshments when asked
- To keep the office clean and tidy

Things to consider
- The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £4.81per hour from 01 April 2022
- This applies to 16–18-year-old apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus off the job training
- We are based in a village with little transport links so a driving licence would be an advantage

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 portfolio of evidence of:

The End Point Assessment (EPA) consists of two distinct assessment methods:
- Professional discussion supported by portfolio of evidence
- Knowledge exam
Working towards Functional Skills English and maths at level 1 and 2 if required. This will be one day a week for 6 weeks for each subject with an exam at the end.
