We will then progress the right individuals into all areas of the business offering a broad range of fantastic future training and job opportunities.

Level 2 (GCSE)
- Selling company products and services into the exciting electronics industry with customers that include automotive, mil-aero, medical, industrial and commercial.
- Offering excellent customer service
- Securing / maintaining positive business relationships
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Updating CRMs
- Commission is available after an initial training period
Our customers are a good mix of OEM’s and CEM’s based in the UK and Ireland.
The apprenticeship scheme will cover all areas of the business, initially dealing in customer service / sales but moving towards a full understanding of the whole industry and business.

Candidates will require maths and English qualifications, however functional skills can be included in order to support individuals to achieve the grade 3 required for this particular Apprenticeship.
Rutronik have a history of successful Apprenticeships leading to long standing careers within their company. You will be working towards a full-time position within Electronics Distribution with an option of a Level 3 Business Apprenticeship on completion of the Customer Service Apprenticeship. Rutronik have a wide range of opportunities for progression into various departments within the business, whether your passion lies in sales, electonics or business.
