As an Apprentice you will be trained in all aspects of finance that are practiced in the Royal Mail Credit Management Centre, Bolton. Duties will involve the following:-
- To provide a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service
- All written communication to be clear and concise, to include post and emails
- To ensure any request concerning a work-related matter is undertaken within the agreed timeframe
- Filing and the accurate and complete maintenance of files
- Accurately prepare routine correspondence ready for signature
- Collating reports and documents, photocopying/scanning as appropriate
- To meet all deadlines within the agreed timeframe
- To be proactive with regard to your own career development
- Ensuring that this key role is valued by the team

Maths and English at grade 4 or above is desireable but not essential.

This role would be best suited to someone who is interested in an apprentice role with the prospect of developing their knowledge. There are a variety of career opportunities within the organisation depending upon ambition, commitment, and ability.
Progression onto higher level finance apprenticeships or a permenant position are avilable to the right candidate.
