    Monday to Friday, hours between 8am - 5:30pm, Saturday if required between 8am - 2pm (TBC). With the possibility to work occasional Saturday. Salary to be reviewed after probation. Bonus scheme.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Delivering excellent face to face customer service
  • Delivering excellent customer service over the phone and via the internet
  • Give quotes and making rental booking
  • Assist with delivery and collection of vehicles
  • Inspecting the cars for damage post rental and working with customers to ensure costs are accounted for
  • Keeping customer account in line with there credit limits and processing payments
  • Processing speeding tickets and fines
  • To work as part of a team and support other when they need assistance

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Build great relationships with customers to understand their needs
  • Vehicle Rental experience preferred
  • Take ownership of customer complaints and find resolutions
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have a clean full drivers licence with 12 months’ experience (as will be required to assist with delivery and collection of vehicles)

Personal qualities

  • Have terrific teamwork
  • A background in vehicle rental is preferred
  • Not be easily flustered under stress

Desired qualifications

Maths and English GCSE A-C/8-4 grade or equivalent qualifications.
