A fantastic and unique opportunity for an individual to become an optical assistant apprentice in a fashionable setting in London. You will be supported with a training package that will help you become a fully qualified optical assistant where you will gain customer service skills.

Level 2 (GCSE)
- Welcoming customers into store
- Booking in eye tests
- Pre-screening patients
- Providing style advice
- Measuring frames
- Taking phone calls
- Training on equipment within the opticians to support job role
- Any other duties required by the manager
Requirements and prospects
- Good organisation
- Good written skills
- Can use basic IT programmes
- Communication over the phone and emails
- Be able to learn new skills efficiently
- An understanding of all Corona Virus rules
- Personable/good listener
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Enthusiastic and motivated
GCSE’s or equivalent A* to C/9 to 4 or equivalent qualifications in maths & English is desired but not essential.
