Everyone in our agency is expected to constantly evolve, reinvent their skills and set a new standard in the industry for their role.

We have an exciting opportunity for one person to join us on a 15 month apprenticeship scheme. Following a nationally recognised qualification route.

The role will be focused within The Studio, H+K’s in-house design and production team. The Studio work across all sectors, bringing to life a wide variety of creative campaigns and engaging content for our many prestigious clients.

It is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys and has interest in creative content, writing, thinking up creative/innovative ideas and importantly managing the process from idea to delivery. You’ll come in to contact with a wide variety of colleagues, so good communication skills are a must.

The role will involve “on the job” training, an internal line manager and buddy to provide ongoing guidance, online learning and creating a portfolio of evidence.

Some of the responsibilities that are part of the role:

  • Organising the logistics of video shoots, events and other creative endeavours
  • Communicating with freelancers, suppliers and stakeholders on creative projects
  • Assisting in some technical set up for video shoots and other creative projects
  • Working on creative meetings to help come up with ideas and problem solving
  • Dealing with project paperwork including health and safety, service level agreements and freelance contracts

Personal qualities

  • Passionate about media – curious and proactive in informing themselves and their opinions
  • An understanding of digital and social media
  • Strong awareness of trends
  • A self-starter with good initiative
  • Eager to learn and grow within a team

Desired qualifications

  • Applicants should be literate and numerate
  • Grade C/4 and above (or equivalent) in English, maths and IT are preferable
