The role of the administrative assistant is to support the Head of Administration and Accounts alongside the Director(s) with Clerical and Administrative tasks to include (but not limited to)
- Data input of daily records
- Assist with preparing documentation
- Sorting and filing of sales and supplier invoices and related documents
- Answering incoming calls, directing calls and relaying messages
- Communication with colleagues for the request of information
The role is reliant on Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word and online messaging - used frequently on a daily basis.
The role can be fast paced at times.
