Level 2 (GCSE)
Apprentice Customer service practitioner required for a busy healthcare recruitment company based in Aintree.
All training will be given in house and candidates will work towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Will be trained up to do all aspects of the role. Will be trained up in the following:
- Making / taking telephone calls
- Computer inputting
- Dealing with customers and clients
- Checking clients details using a company database
Requirements and prospects
- Must have a nice telephone voice
- Smart and presentable
- Good work ethic
- Communication skills
- Well mannered
No formal qualifications are required but must have basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Once qualified at Level 2 candidates can progress onto Level 3 B.A or Team leader/supervision Level 3 qualification.
Things to consider
Will be speaking to customers/clients most of the day.
