What you'll do at work
You will work within the practice team to provide an efficient service to our patients, doctors and nursing teams.
The tasks will include Care Co-Ordinator duties and other administrative responsibilities. The work will involve use of telephones, computerised systems including appointments, messages, filing and general surgery assistance. The Care Co-Ordinator is the first point of contact for patients and the general public so it is essential that they present a professional and caring image of the practice and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. This is a very responsible role. The post holder may be required to perform duties other than those given in the job description.
