Summary

Karen and her daughter have a small team of competition horses, doing eventing, dressage and TREC, they are looking for a new apprentice groom to give 5* care to their fabulous horses.

Wage

£13,741 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

All general yard duties to include:

  • Mucking out, sweeping yard
  • Filling haynets / water buckets
  • Turning horses in and out / rugging up
  • Grooming at shows
  • Riding / exercise for the right candidate
