What you will do in your working day

All garden maintenance and general horticultural duties.
Propagation of plants and seeds.
Maintaining decorative amenity areas.
Identify and monitoring pests and diseases.
Soil cultivation.
Maintaining hard structures relevant to the business activity.
Habitat creation and biodiversity.

The training you will be getting

You will be committed to completing a level 2 & 3 Horticultural apprenticeship and continuing your personal development.  

Your qualification will be delivered at Duchy College with attendance required once a week.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Once you have completed your Level 2 Horticultural Apprenticeship there will be the ability to progress onto your Level 3 Horticultural Apprenticeship.
