What you will do in your working day
- Running a busy reception desk, answer and direct telephone calls and greeting clients including offering hospitality by providing tea, coffee, and water
- General reception and clerical duties such as the booking in of appointments, processing of post, scanning and filing and maintaining a tidy reception area
- Updating online software, managing customer database, and keeping client records up to date
- Supporting all the relevant departments with day-to-day office administrative duties, as well as administrative tasks relating to HMRC
- The apprentice will demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times and the ability to build rapport with customers. The apprentice will also possess excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills

The training you will be getting
The role comes with great progression prospects in the company. SND Accountants will work closely with you to complete your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship and could lead to a permanent position within the company.
Training on all software’s/platforms will be provided by the company.
Functional skills in maths and English (if required).
